Cecilia graduated from the National Taiwan University, then did her further fine art study in Salamanca Art School, Spain and New Orleans Academy of Fine Art, USA.

Over the past three decades, she had lived in Europe, Asia, the United States, Middle East countries. She is an active artist to participate in host countries art activities, teaching and exhibition. Her art has been displayed in several galleries and museums for solo and group exhibitions in Taiwan, Pakistan, Abu Dubai, Dubai, USA, Malaysia, China, Saudi-Arabia, Malaysia, South Korea, Australia, Vietnam, and Egypt. Her art works were collected widely in the world. 

She is the founder and the member of Egyptian women Artists group. a member of International Women Artists Council, and a member of American Southern Watercolor Society. She is a professional artist and art teacher.

Painting for her not only for the community at the time, but also for herself, pray for energy treatment.  Hands in her paintings are important gestures, they can destroy things as well as construct, regardless of religion, caste, age, sex, side by side, hand in hand, put great efforts to take care of our world. Eyes, hands are interpreting the longing for peaceful heart! Each one of us keeps eyes on oneself hands, longing for doing effort to make a better world.  Through my art, each serene face in my paintings prays for the better world.
