Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Master of Public Administration from Shih Hsin University and Master of Fine Arts from National Taiwan University of Arts. My work is rooted in a life experience that spans discipline and freedom, an experience perhaps inextricably linked to my years as a professional soldier. From strict physical control to the liberation of perception, this transition became the core driving force for my exploration of the relationship between space and matter. My work spans painting, sculpture, installation, and mixed media, focusing on the multiple possibilities of “space as a perceptual event,” exploring the often-overlooked dimensions of perception between the body and the environment.
