Born in Tainan in 1972, she graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, National Taipei University of the Arts (B.F.A.) in 1998 and from the Graduate Institute of Fine Arts, National Tainan University of the Arts (M.F.A.) in 2003.
Since 2014, her work has primarily used acrylic paint combined with glass rhinestones, developing a highly recognizable visual style. Twenty years of experience studying ballroom and modern dance has translated into a keen grasp of rhythm, body movement, and composition, allowing her works to present a delicate and orderly sense of flow within a static framework. Rhinestones, originating from stage costumes, shape a viewing experience that combines sensory appeal with an inner sense of order through the refraction and layering of light.
