Lisa Chang

Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Master of Public Administration from Shih Hsin University and Master of Fine Arts from National Taiwan University of Arts. Her work spans painting, three-dimensional art, installation, and mixed media. Her three-dimensional installations focus on the multiple possibilities of “space as a perceptual event.” Through the interplay of reality and illusion, the dialectical transformation of interior and exterior spaces, the duality of mirrors, and the co-constructive relationship between light and matter, she re-encodes unpredictable site conditions and existing elements—light, architectural structure, and everyday objects—into organic components of her works, exploring the often-overlooked dimensions of perception between the body and the environment.

2026 Selected as a 3 Dimensional Special Merit Artist at the 15th Annual “All Women” Art Exhibition of Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery. 2025 Merit Award at the Contemporary Art Room Gallery’s “Grey” International Art Competition. 2024 Selected for the 6th Free Art Fair Taipei Art Freedom Day. 2023 Selected as an emerging artist by the Taichung City Cultural Bureau’s “ART STAR” program.
